Well here I go, my first blog and my chance to bring you my thoughts and personal opinions on pubs, bars, and restaurants around London and beyond.

Finding good pubs and eateries has been a true passion of mine for about 6 years now.

After working in the hospitality game for about 12 years I have come to realise the difference in what makes a decent boozer to what defiantly doesn't.

I love all things food and especially drink related from cocktails, wine, all spirits, and especially BEER!!

From lagers, Ales, home brews and my all time favorite craft beers, I just can't get enough of the amber necture.

My big dream is to brew my own beer... unfortunately currently still just a dream!!!
